Filing Fees to Increase

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (UCIS) announced in the Federal Register a proposed adjustment to the fee structure for immigration benefits. The revised fees would add an average of $55 to the current cost of immigration applications, and increase the biometrics fee by $20 for certain applications.
