Applicants for the Diversity Lottery 2005 can apply online up until midnight (EST) December 30, 2003.

The ONLY way to apply for the 2005 Diversity Lottery is through the U.S. State Department's web site set up for the purpose of processing 2005 Diversity Lottery applications. The website is www.dvlottery.state.gov. Applications will not be accepted by regular mail. There is no fee to apply for the DV lottery.

Please be aware of fraudulent websites that either appear to be part of the U.S. government, or will offer to submit your application for you for a fee. Again, there is only one way to submit an application - through the special government website.
