Eligible Hondurans and Nicaraguans must follow specific procedures to re-register with the BCIS for Temporary Protected Status (TPS), no later than July 9, 2003. Re-registration mut be made by this deadline in order to maintain TPS status and employment authorization for the 18-month period beginning on July 7, 2003 and ending on January 5, 2005.
