The first Special Registration deadline is tomorrow, December 16, 2002, for male citizens and nationals of Iran, Iraq, Sudan Syria, and Libya, who were born on or before November 15, 1986. All men from one of the above listed countries, who were admitted to the U.S. as a nonimmigrant after September 10, 2002, must go to an INS office and be fingerprinted, photographed, and interviewed by an INS officer.
