Earlier this month we reported when the new process for obtaining the prevailing wage for petitions in the H-1B, H-1B1, H-2B, E-3, and PERM categories were changed.  At that time, the U.S. Department of Labor required prevailing wage requests to be mailed into one central address in Washington D.C.

Since then, the DOL has unveiled their new online prevailing wage system.  It is at http://icert.doleta.gov/    Mail-in applications are no longer accepted.
