August 2 - One of the busiest U.S. Consulates in the world remains closed for the second business day, due to security concerns.  The U.S. Consulate in Ciudad Juarez announced last Thursday that it would be closed the following day, citing security concerns.   It was closed again today.  Information about when it will reopen will be announced by warden notice on their website.
